Shipping policy


At WY EDIT, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Order Processing Time

Please note that Order Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time. All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer two shipping tiers at checkout to best suit your needs. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Free Shipping: 8 - 12 Business Days (Cost: Free)

  • Priority Shipping: 5 - 8 Business Days (Cost: $6.99)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume during holiday seasons, severe weather, or carrier dispatch issues. "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Fully Included)

Good news! All customs, duties, and sales taxes are already included in the final price of your order. You will not be charged any additional fees or tariffs by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final and only price.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at info@wyedit.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@wyedit.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
