Need to initiate a system rollback? We've got you covered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date (subject to the terms below).
Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following strict criteria:

Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Specific Item Guidelines:

Apparel: Must be free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or any strong odors (such as perfume or smoke).

Accessories & Hardware (e.g., Belts, Chains): Must show no signs of physical use, scratches, or creasing. Please try accessories on carefully. Any creasing around belt holes or scratching on metal surfaces will void the return eligibility.

If any item shows signs of wear, alteration, or physical use, the return request will be strictly denied, and the item will be sent back to you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, the item must still meet our Return Eligibility Criteria (unworn, unused, and in its exact original condition with all packaging and tags). You must inform us of your decision to return the item by contacting info@wyedit.com before the 14-day period expires. Please note that return shipping costs under this right of withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Defective, Incorrect, or Quality Issue Items
If you believe you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@wyedit.com. To help us resolve the issue, you must include your Order Number and clear, detailed photos showing the product and the perceived quality issue.
Our team will carefully evaluate your claim on a case-by-case basis based on the provided photos. Once the evaluation is complete, we will contact you with the next steps and the appropriate resolution. Please do not send the item back before receiving explicit approval and instructions from our support team. We reserve the right to deny claims if the damage appears to be caused by intentional alteration, misuse, or physical wear and tear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email our support team at info@wyedit.com within the applicable return window (14 days for EU, 30 days generally).

Include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return/exchange.

Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the designated return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address on the package.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless otherwise determined by our support team after evaluating a defect claim). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
