Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days (Free)
  • Priority Shipping: 5-8 business days ($6.99)
    (Please note: Order processing may take 1-3 business days before your package is dispatched.)
Q: Do you ship globally?

A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries across the globe.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return.

Q: Are there any conditions for returns?

A: Yes. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unworn, unused, and unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also include all original packaging and tags. If an item shows any signs of wear or use, the return request will be denied.

Orders & Payments

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Our fulfillment center processes orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can no longer intercept or modify it.
